All our watches come with the manufacturers guarantee against failure due to defective workmanship. These manufacturers guarantees however do not cover damage of a cosmetic nature, periodic adjustment or damage to straps which is regarded as normal wear and tear. If you decide that you do not want the watch supplied then you can receive a full refund within 30 days provided that you notify us in writing within seven days of the receipt of goods that you want to return it. This does not include carriage costs. Please note that you will be responsible for carriage costs relating to the return. To claim under these terms the watch must be returned in the original undamaged packaging and the watch must not have been worn or damaged in any way. This does not cover computer software products. All our watches are only sourced through the U.K. We do not import or buy watches on the grey market.
